Hiii. I’m Emily, a copywriter and marketer with over 10 years of experience promoting all sorts of things across a variety of platforms.

Check out some of my work in that lil’ two line tab up there.

Think of me like a brand voice chameleon. You want warm fuzzy feels? Grab the tissues because I got you. Want some razzle dazzle and a good chuckle? Grab the popcorn, babe. Want some just really well-written info with a touch of personality? Well, I can do that too.

Tombras Group

Senior Copywriter (formerly Social Media Manager)

Brands, brands, brands!

I started here as a community manager, creating monthly content calendars for multiple brands and managing their online communities. I now work as a senior copywriter—creating a unique brand voice for a variety of brands that includes concepting videos, imagery, activations, etc to make authentic brand material across media platforms. When it comes to crafting campaigns, I’ve touched it all—from CPGs to ride-share services.

Avison Young

Marketing Director

Formerly Cushman & Wakefield, we re-branded under the AY flag—which I had a huge part in making happen. Wow, it was a lot of work. When I wasn’t working on the rebrand, I did things like writing and designing market reports, interactive offering memorandums, print and web advertisements, newsletters, mass emails, presentations, social media content, and more. I also managed all social channels, as well as all property listings across the web.

Key West Chamber of Commerce

Social Media Manager & Newsletter/Content Creator

Here, I was master of all things digital. From social media content creation and management to email and newsletters—I designed and did it all. In addition to promoting Chamber events and initiatives, I also helped organize them. That’s right, I throw a great party too.

But enough about work. Let’s talk about why we’re both here: ME.

When I’m not working my tail off, I have many interests. First and foremost, I’m a cat enthusiast—interested in any and all things cat (probably too much). When you can pull my attention away from cats, I also really enjoy:

Art & design, overthinking everything, concerts, binging crime shows and imagining life as a detective, organizing everything (yes everything), fishing, crafting tasty gluten-free meals so my tummy doesn’t hurt, traveling, looking at junk stores for cool knick knacks, and rowing. See? I am very cool, what an employer might call “a great cultural fit.”
